Thielo offers free standard USPS shipping on all purchases made via Thielo.com – Thielo does not offer expedited shipping. Users can expect to receive purchased items within 7 days of purchase, though normally shipping happens immediately and most products arrive within 3 business days. From time to time, Thielo will use a different mailing provider to send products, such as Fedex. If you have an issue with any mailing provider and wish to specify providers, users can leave such request in purchase comments. Thielo will make an effort to comply with shipping requests, however not all requests can be accommodated. Thielo will coordinate with customers in such events.
We offer a 30 day no questions asked money back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your products, we will send you a return shipping label. Within 5 business days of receipt of Thielo Inc’s products, the user will be rewarded a full refund including shipping fees and taxes. Return shipping must happen within 1 month or the customer will need to request a new return label and re-initiate the return.
