Avocado and Honey Natural Facemasks

Natural Avocado Revitalizing Face Mask

Avocados are an amazing fruit. They are filled with rich in omega 3 fatty acids. But did you know that you can do more than just eat them?

I’ve been using avocado face masks once a month for years. They are a great way to deliver deep, natural hydration that can transform dull skin.

What you will need:

1- Very Ripe Avocado

2- One Teaspoon of Honey

3- A bowl and a fork

Leave the avocado outside so that it is room temperature. If you are in a cold climate, maybe put it behind the fridge or somewhere a bit warm, we want those fatty acids to be nice and ready.

Cut the avocado in half and put the meat of the fruit in a bowl, discard the seed and skin.

Then, with a fork mush up the fruit until it is a fine paste, and then drip in the honey as you are mushing it.

Apply the mix to your face and let it sit for half an hour. It should be dry when the time is up, if not, leave it on a bit more. Then wash your face down and pat dry to reveal drastically hydrated skin.
